We overbuild our gear on purpose. The STAYBULL MULTI‑BASE™ is engineered to shrug off the hits, the drops, and the everyday jobsite abuse that lesser equipment can’t survive. But if a manufacturing defect ever slips past our standards, we’ll make it right - fast, fair, and without the runaround.

Limited Warranty
The STAYBULL MULTI‑BASE™ is covered by a 1‑year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
Coverage begins on the date your product is delivered and applies to the original purchaser.
What’s Covered
If the issue is on us, STAYBULL TOOLS® will take care of it. This includes:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material or component failures
- Structural issues not caused by misuse
- Hardware defects
- Missing parts
If a defect is confirmed, STAYBULL TOOLS® will repair or replace the product at no cost.
What’s Not Covered
The STAYBULL MULTI‑BASE™ is built to handle real‑world abuse, but the warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, or unsafe operation
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic scuffs or scratches
- Modifications or alterations
- Commercial rental use
- Damage from drops, accidents, or improper storage

How to Start a Warranty Claim

- Your name
- Order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or video (if available)
