STAYBULL TOOLS® - SAFETY & USAGE GUIDELINES

FAILURE TO READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.

THE STAYBULL MULTI‑BASE™ IS NOT A FALL‑ARREST OR FALL‑PREVENTION DEVICE.

The STAYBULL MULTI‑BASE™ is engineered to enhance stability when used correctly, but it must always be operated in accordance with ladder manufacturer instructions, jobsite safety requirements, and the guidelines below. No stability device can eliminate all risk.

Still tough.
Still safe.
Still STAYBULL.

1. INSPECTION BEFORE USE

Before each use:

  • Inspect the STAYBULL MULTI‑BASE™ and all traction pads for cracks, wear, deformation, or missing components.
  • DO NOT USE the product if any part is damaged, loose, or missing.
  • Replace worn traction pads immediately.
  • Confirm that all surfaces of the MULTI‑BASE™ are clean and free of oil, mud, snow, or debris.

Users are responsible for ensuring the product is in safe working condition before every use.

2. SURFACE CONDITIONS

For safe operation:

  • Use only on clean, dry, stable surfaces.
  • Traction pads may not function properly if wet, dirty, icy, oily, or contaminated.
  • DO NOT USE on excessively steep, slippery, unstable, or debris‑covered surfaces.
  • Jobsite conditions can change rapidly; reassess traction and stability frequently.
  • Extreme temperatures, moisture, and weather conditions may reduce traction and overall performance.

If adequate traction cannot be achieved, DO NOT USE the device.

3. PROPER USE

The STAYBULL MULTI‑BASE™ is designed to:

  • Support extension and straight ladders
  • Support materials and tools
  • Provide a stable working platform on sloped or uneven ground

Usage requirements:

  • Maximum weight capacity: 375 lbs, including user, tools, and materials.
  • Confirm adequate grip between the traction pads and the surface before climbing.
  • Ensure ladder feet rest fully and securely within the designated contact areas.
  • USE ONLY AS INTENDED. Follow all jobsite, ladder setup, and roof‑access safety guidelines.
  • Misuse, improper setup, or unsafe operation may result in injury.

The MULTI‑BASE™ does not compensate for improper ladder setup or unsafe climbing practices.
