1. Shipping Information

Order Processing

  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Lead times may vary during periods of high initial demand or as we ramp up production capacity for new product launches.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.

Depending on your location, we may ship using:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • SpeeDee Delivery (for Midwest destinations)

We choose carriers based on speed, reliability, and your region.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within:

  • 2–5 business days within the continental U.S.
  • Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit times are outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received:

  • Contact the carrier first for the fastest resolution
  • Then reach out to us at support@staybulltools.com if you need help

We’ll assist however we can, but carriers control final delivery.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every STAYBULL TOOLS® product. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right — within the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Used or damaged items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Non‑Returnable Items

For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that show signs of use
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper setup, or jobsite conditions
  • Replacement traction pads or consumable components
  • Clearance or final‑sale items (if applicable)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 3–5 business days
  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item:

  • Contact us at support@staybulltools.com
  • We’ll help determine the best solution based on your situation

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue and packaging
  • We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate

Damage caused by misuse, improper ladder setup, unsafe jobsite conditions, or failure to follow Safety & Usage Guidelines is not covered.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order:

  • Contact us immediately at support@staybulltools.com
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled

We’ll do our best to help, but fast processing means changes aren’t always possible.
